Rainy Days

Here in Sunny Florida it's been raining every day! If it's not raining in the afternoon then it's so hot you can't go out and enjoy yourself. We usually have a HUGE list of things going on during the week. However, this week is slow. To make things worse, Nana and Papa went back to Georgia to get out of the heat! How dare they!!! You may have great weather there...but we are here:)

Thankfully we had our friend Savannah over to play! We love Savannah! After the rain we went outside to play a little..Savannah drew Hopscotch, which Brooke and Brianna loved, and then they rode their tricycles and did some chalk art.

Jim and I have been trying to let the girls go to sleep on there own instead of one of us sitting in their room with them until they fall asleep. Last night we put them to bed and told them they had to stay in their beds..no playing, running, jumping or whatever else they do up there. At first it was quiet, then we heard movement. We waited...it got quiet so I went upstairs to see what was going on. This is what I found:)..........

Brianna got in bed with Brooke and they were sound asleep..little Angels:)

Best of Friends

Brooke and Brianna's friends, Caidee and Caleb, we're over today while their mommy, Aunt Kerri went to work. Caidee and Caleb were born the same day as Brooke and Brianna. Their mom, Kerri and her husband Bart are also going to be Brooke's Godparents.
The four of them are so cute and have always been such great friends! I managed to take some pics of them while they were sitting watching Noggin:) These are not posed pictures! They were honestly sitting this close to each other!

The Posse

We have this group of friends that we pretty much do everything with. We call ourselves "The Posse". Us girls (5 0f us) met 3 years ago at a twins playgroup and now we are all the best of friends and do pretty much everything together. In The group there is 4 sets of twins (all 3 yo), a set of triplets (3 yo), one singleton baby and my three teens:). We take turns getting together every month at each other's house for dinner. I can't even explain the caos that goes on.:) However, we always have so much fun with the help of alcohol, of course:)
This month it was at our house and you can see at the end of the night all the three year olds took over mine and Jim's bedroom!

We also celebrated Drew's birthday!!:)

Pizza at Papas!!

My mom and dad are back from "The Cabin" (FINALLY!)....and back at their home here in FL. They had us, my brother and my grandfather over for Pizza. Not just any pizza!!.... Papa's pizza's! My dad has the California Pizza Kitchen cookbook. After eating 5..some of us 8 pieces of pizza each we left very, very full!! The food was great and being with our family was even better!

Our Trip to Blairsville, GA to see Nana and Papa.



The whole gang went except for Ryan, who is still in NJ. We'll see him at the end of August!:)

The kids and dad had a great time tubing, rafting, playing in the creek, picking blackberries, boating, fishing and horseback riding....too many pics to show it all..but this should give you an idea of how much fun we had!! We LOVE our Nana and Papa!!!
